The North Entrance is off of Flagler and 37th AV. (Yes! Coral Gables actually extends all the way to Flagler St. ) The area between Flagler and 8st will be our starting point and is about 52 acres with 278 properties (Excluding individual office-condo units.) A mix between residential, commercial, multi-family and City owned. Unbeknownst- it seems to a lot of people, Coral Gables north-east boundary actually starts just east of 36 CT. on Ponce De Leon Blvd, 3632 W Flagler St. a commercial office building 6,994 Adj. Sqft. on a 8,584 sqft. corner lot bought for $560,000 in 1985 and across the street-west side ( 3638 W. Flagler St) a 3,486 Adj. Sqft on a 6,431 Sqft corner lot bought for $ 800,000 in 2006. Everything SW of the 3638 Bldg. is part of Coral Gables, including a Methodist church between 36 CT. and 37 AV.
